What you'll do

• Consult with clients on estate planning and business law needs
• draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• research and draft memoranda of law for partners
• attend networking events and present on estate planning topics
• advise clients on asset distribution, retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• collaborate with paralegals and senior partners
• strategize with a partner on firm efficiency and growth.
