What you'll do

• Develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers
• market and sell residential door hardware and related products
• conduct residential door hardware takeoffs
• coordinate customer expectations and production needs with Hardware Operations
• negotiate contracts with home builders
• establish accounts through cold calls and site visits
• visit job locations to confirm specifications and quantities
• coordinate with division departments
• educate customers on products
• monitor customer demand and market changes
• attend sales meetings and manufacturer training
• negotiate pricing and support sales growth.
