What you'll do

• Complete required training and follow protocols
• process outbound and some inbound calls to customers and authorities
• provide detail-oriented, empathetic customer service
• respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency signals
• handle residential and business security alarm activations
• remain calm while multitasking in stressful situations.

Why this role

Four-week training is provided; shift differentials include $0.50 per hour for 5–9 p.m., $1.00 per hour for 9:01 p.m.–6 a.m., $1.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday hours, and $1.00 per hour for Spanish bilingual skills.
