What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and scope requirements
• prepare material takeoffs and labor estimates
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and schedule risks
• develop value-engineering options
• prepare bid packages and support bid reviews
• improve cost history and pricing benchmarks
• use Procore, Excel, and estimating tools
• visit local project sites.
