What you'll do

• Stock the cleaning cart
• follow guest-room knocking procedures
• clean assigned rooms and replenish amenities
• complete housekeeping checklists and report clean rooms for inspection
• report damage and hazards
• secure room doors after exiting
• keep corridors and service areas neat
• turn in lost-and-found items and keys
• follow company, safety, security, fire-prevention, and emergency procedures
• report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near-misses, and property damage
• assist other housekeeping personnel as needed.
