What you'll do

• Manage receiving schedules and coordinate arrival information
• check in drivers and assign dock doors
• delegate incoming loads
• document, weigh, and record inventory
• maintain receiving reports and metrics
• inspect shipments and verify contents
• use warehouse management systems and scanners
• maintain FIFO stock rotation
• monitor temperature-controlled deliveries
• handle damaged, expired, or recalled products according to protocols
• operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams.
