What you'll do

• Retrieve external bank reports for operational use
• review and reconcile internal and external reporting
• alert affiliated teams to discrepancies and help resolve them. Process client transactions, monitor and reconcile same-day wire activity, maintain client and account records, open and close accounts, and respond to audit confirmations. Research ledger discrepancies, respond to internal inquiries, assist with improvement initiatives, and train or review Research Analyst Admin work as needed.
