Food Service / Dietary Aide — Evening Shift

What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold meals and beverages according to menus, recipes, and dietary needs
• review tray cards for allergies, preferences, and special instructions
• assemble meal trays with correct dishware and adaptive equipment
• serve and deliver meals to residents
• prepare and stock snack carts
• clean dishes, utensils, and food preparation areas
• follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• maintain infection-control and safety standards
• communicate respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors
• attend training and meetings and support assigned tasks.
