Client Service Representative

Job overview

The Client Service Representative role is onsite in Oyster Bay, NY, and pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Answer calls and client questions
• greet clients
• check patients in and out
• schedule and confirm appointments
• respond to emails and messages
• take messages for the medical team
• create and update patient and client profiles
• process payments and assist with account questions
• communicate about medications, records, appointments, and follow-ups
• maintain an organized reception and lobby
• assist the veterinary team as needed.
