The Insurance Agency Intern — State Farm Agent Team role is onsite in Indian Trail, NC. Pay is $10–$15 per hour. The intern supports Matt Dubyoski’s State Farm agency in administrative work, customer relations, and efforts to gain and retain customers. The role exists to help the agency meet business goals while providing prompt customer service and educating customers about insurance options. It offers an entryway for a currently enrolled student to contribute a marketing perspective and develop professional experience.

What you'll do

• Assist the agency’s business goals under mutually agreed expectations
• respond to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to explain insurance options
• communicate with customers to meet their needs and support business development.
