What you'll do

• Deliver instruction in assigned subject areas
• assess student proficiency and use achievement data to plan and evaluate instruction
• develop weekly lesson plans
• support district goals and policies
• develop awareness of local culture and provide bicultural or multicultural instruction
• supervise and train instructional paraprofessionals as needed
• participate in educational committees and organizations.
