Operational Support Associate

The Operational Support Associate role is onsite in Saint Charles, IL. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position supports Q Center’s Conference Services team and works with Food & Beverage and other operational departments to keep meeting and dining spaces ready for guests. The associate turns, refreshes, sets up, and breaks down meeting spaces, maintains cleanliness and supplies, and assists dining operations by clearing and resetting tables. This work helps the conference and event destination deliver organized, safe, and responsive service throughout the day.

What you'll do

• Provide courteous guest service
• complete meeting room turns, resets, refreshes, setups, and breakdowns
• follow Banquet Event Orders and room requirements
• maintain meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and storage spaces
• return equipment and supplies to storage
• report maintenance or equipment concerns
• clear dining tables and remove used service items
• remove trash and recyclables
• follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• collaborate across departments and assist during peak periods and events.
