Mechanical Project Manager — Special Projects

The Mechanical Project Manager — Special Projects is an onsite, full-time role in Kent, WA. Compensation is $120,000–$175,000 per year, plus bonus. The role supports a mechanical construction company’s special projects from planning through closeout. The project manager leads project delivery by coordinating financials, schedules, contracts, field teams, customers, and project partners. The role also supports estimating and business development to help deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and identify future opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
• prepare estimates, proposals, schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
• manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and costs
• coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• maintain customer relationships
• monitor progress and resolve risks
• support business development
• provide project and financial updates to leadership.
