What you'll do

• Greet and check in clients
• answer phones and questions
• respond to emails
• solve problems and refer concerns appropriately
• sell memberships and class packages in person, online, and by phone
• facilitate sales using the AXLE Client Relationship Manager system with the General Manager/Owner-Operator
• process retail transactions and restock inventory
• maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and studio
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties
• stay current on policies and pricing options.
