Business Analyst — Product Safety

Job overview

The Business Analyst — Product Safety works fully onsite in Plano, TX. Pay is $40–$42 per hour. The role supports product safety analysis, reporting, and risk management activities. The analyst turns product safety data into findings and recommendations, supports process improvements, and coordinates escalations and projects. This work helps stakeholders identify risks, maintain procedural adherence, and align on product safety goals and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative product safety data
• identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
• collaborate on process improvements
• prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations
• maintain case summaries and reporting on high-profile matters
• coordinate cross-functional stakeholder work
• assign and oversee escalations from specified high-risk channels and review past history for process adherence
• conduct risk assessments and root-cause analyses
• manage ongoing and ad-hoc projects.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 3+ years of business analysis, product safety, or related experience are specified. English-Korean bilingual ability is highly preferred; regulatory familiarity is a plus, not required.
