What you'll do

• Sort inbound government-client and inter-office mail and packages
• collate and stuff printed materials
• handle mailing and shipping requests
• distribute mail and packages across the campus
• operate a postage meter and FedEx Ship Manager
• stage items for courier pickup
• verify recipients in the corporate directory
• maintain logs and supply inventories
• support printing, copying, and equipment upkeep as assigned.
