What you'll do

• Set up and operate induction heat-treating machines
• lead and support second-shift operators
• monitor equipment performance and address machine or process issues
• train and coach team members
• maintain setup cards, logs, and production documentation
• work with Quality and Maintenance to support efficiency and defect-free production
• maintain a clean and safe work environment.
