Job overview

The Senior Real Estate Capacity & Topology Planner role is onsite in Foster City, CA. The base salary range is $168,000–$235,000 per year. Zoox is developing an autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for mobility-as-a-service. The planner models and tracks capacity needs for new and expanded service markets, connecting projected fleet growth with service and maintenance infrastructure. The role helps operations and strategy teams prioritize infrastructure projects and communicate capacity requirements to leadership.

What you'll do

• Track current and projected fleet growth
• plan and track service and maintenance locations and capacity
• work with Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Fleet Operations to define long-term requirements
• build models to evaluate and communicate capacity needs
• monitor infrastructure project progress against fleet projections
• refine capacity ratios with Operations
• recommend project sizing, scope, and locations
• help prioritize projects against company milestones.
