Compensation is $0 per year. The Resident Care Aide – Second Shift role is onsite in New Bern, NC, and is part-time, with work every other weekend. The role supports residents at Navion of New Bern, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and at home. The aide provides hands-on assistance with daily activities and helps maintain residents’ well-being through meal and activity support, observation, documentation, and communication with residents and families.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
• prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
• assist in the dining room
• respond to emergency call systems
• observe, document, and report changes in condition
• communicate professionally with residents and families
• maintain required care documentation
• transport residents when required.
