The Senior Customer Support and Market Data Specialist role is hybrid, with two days in the office at Yes Energy’s Boulder, CO core offices; compensation is $60,000–$90,000 plus bonus. Yes Energy provides electric power market data and analytics that support trading and investment decisions and help keep utility prices low and the grid running. As the most technically focused member of the Customer Support Team, the specialist troubleshoots application and data-product issues, helps customers use workflows effectively, and documents issues for internal stakeholders. The role also supports onboarding and knowledge sharing, contributing to customer satisfaction and effective use of Yes Energy products.

What you'll do

• Answer technical support and application-usage questions
• troubleshoot customer issues and lead troubleshooting calls
• help customers optimize workflows
• serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products
• build skills with software, API, and SQL data products
• support onboarding and coach newer team members when asked
• manage and resolve inquiries in the CRM within service-level agreements
• document issues for development staff
• maintain internal knowledge-base documentation
• communicate customer trends, risks, and opportunities with Customer Success.
