What you'll do

• Sell commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants. Determine project needs and constraints
• prepare and present bids, estimates, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses
• negotiate and close sales
• manage multiple projects
• build customer and manufacturer relationships
• support accounts receivable collection
• coordinate with sales and inside sales teams
• and keep management informed of account progress.
