Director of Demand Generation

The Director of Demand Generation role is onsite in San Mateo, CA, with an annual base salary of $225,000–$280,000. Freshworks builds service software designed to improve customer and employee experiences. This leader will build and modernize demand generation across Freshworks’ product portfolio, using channel programs, AI-enabled workflows, measurement, and cross-functional partnerships to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

• Own the scaled demand generation roadmap and multi-million-dollar budgets
• build and optimize programs across search, content, webinars, lifecycle, and other channels
• develop AI-enabled workflows for campaign orchestration, qualification, personalization, and reporting
• track pipeline and efficiency metrics
• partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Analytics, and regional teams
• lead and develop the demand generation team
• evaluate the marketing technology stack.
