What you'll do

• Review time and attendance records for discrepancies
• reconcile schedules, timecards, leave, pay-rate changes, and payroll inputs
• coordinate corrections with employees and managers
• review wage-and-hour exceptions and escalate complex issues
• maintain confidential audit records
• prepare exception reports and trend analyses
• train employees and managers on timekeeping procedures
• and collaborate with HR, operations, finance, payroll providers, and legal counsel as appropriate.
