Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Brenham, TX, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $24.47 per hour. The technician supports manufacturing equipment and facility systems to help sustain production operations. The role exists to maintain and repair equipment and facility systems, diagnose malfunctions, and respond to breakdowns so production equipment remains functional and safe. Work may occasionally require after-hours maintenance.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• repair or adjust components
• perform welding, cutting, brazing, and basic fabrication as needed. Maintain industrial vehicles and mobile equipment, document work, operate lifting equipment safely, follow safety procedures, and respond to breakdowns and occasional after-hours needs.
