Duties include dishwashing and sanitation, receiving and storing supplies, supporting prep stations, and opening and closing cleaning tasks.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• receive deliveries and check accuracy
• store and organize supplies using FIFO
• assist cooks with tools and ingredients
• keep stations, floors, and work areas clean
• remove trash
• assist with opening and closing cleaning.
