What you'll do

• Oversee commercial account billing, pricing configuration, invoices, fee reconciliation, and billing inquiries
• manage ACH, wire, and other electronic payment operations
• support commercial clients with treasury products, account setup, and issue resolution
• assist with onboarding and implementation of cash management tools
• follow policies and regulatory standards and participate in audits
• support deposit operations, ACH files, and mobile or remote deposit transactions
• identify workflow and system improvements
• generate operational, compliance, and billing reports.
