Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Cumming, GA, with compensation of $28 per hour. The position supports an applied behavior analysis therapy team serving children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays in home settings. The RBT implements individualized behavior intervention programs and records client progress, contributing to developmental goals in communication, adaptive behavior, social skills, self-care, and motor skills. The role also coordinates with supervising BCBAs or BCaBAs and communicates with families while maintaining confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
• implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBA/BCaBA
• collect and graph behavioral data
• maintain client program books and weekly program writing
• support communication, adaptive behavior, social, self-care, and motor skill development
• communicate with families and clinical supervisors
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in training and professional development
• travel between locations.
