Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Personal Trainer works onsite in Round Lake, IL, for $20–$40 per hour. The role supports Crunch Fitness members with fitness programs and recommendations. The trainer helps members pursue their goals by conducting kickoff consultations, designing and delivering programs, tracking progress, demonstrating safe exercise techniques, and providing ongoing support. The role also contributes to member engagement and club operations through seminars, group workouts, scheduling, and facility upkeep.

What you'll do

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff consultations covering goals, nutrition, equipment use, and exercise form
• prepare and deliver fitness programs based on client goals
• track progress and provide follow-up
• explain available fitness tools and programs
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• assist with seminars, group workouts, and campaigns
• schedule sessions and administrative time
• meet company expectations for sessions, revenue, and sales
• help maintain an orderly facility.

Why this role

A national personal training certification from a Crunch-approved certification body is required. CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained within 30 days of hire; availability of at least 20 hours per week is required.
