What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects
• attend estimating and operations turnover meetings
• conduct project kickoff and scope review meetings
• coordinate with drafting, project engineers, fabrication shop, and vendors
• prepare and track change proposals and submittals
• manage billings and collections
• monitor job site and shop progress, schedules, and safety
• attend project and job cost reviews
• coordinate purchasing and material releases
• track RFIs and invoices
• support job site quality assurance and quality control
• prepare closeout documents
• mentor and train project engineers.
