What you'll do

• Partner with practice group leadership on strategic goals
• support attorney staffing, recruiting, talent management and development
• monitor staffing efficiency and workload
• coordinate training and mentoring
• support business development, RFPs, pitches and rankings submissions
• partner with Finance and Pricing on proposals and budgets
• analyze financial and operational data
• improve matter management, staffing, billing and workflow
• coordinate assignments and collaborate across firm teams.
