What you'll do

• Maintain training implementation and requirements matrices, qualification standards, and qualification records
• coordinate course reviews and subcontractor training support
• conduct needs assessments, job and task analyses, and gap analyses
• develop classroom, web-based, and hands-on training
• author training procedures and manuals
• deliver OSHA, nuclear, radiological, and technical training
• conduct train-the-trainer coaching
• liaise with site managers, quality assurance teams, safety committees, and contractor leadership.
