The Pittsburgh Life Sciences Alliance connects regional clinical, research, manufacturing, and technology strengths to support the region’s life sciences ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO, the director leads financial systems and operations, grant accounting and compliance, investment tracking workflows, audit readiness, and internal operations oversight. The role builds processes that support organizational growth and emerging venture capital initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting partner oversight
• manage grant accounting, restricted-fund compliance, and funder reporting
• establish investment tracking workflows
• lead audit preparation and internal controls
• oversee internal systems and operations staff and contractors.
