What you'll do

• Lead employees and work as a team to optimize department production
• improve operator and equipment efficiency and productivity
• support troubleshooting, changeovers, and setups
• coordinate preventive maintenance and work schedules
• promote quality and housekeeping
• maintain maintenance, incentive, scrap, SPC, time, attendance, and vacation records
• encourage continuous improvement
• train and coach employees and provide performance feedback
• enforce company policies and safety standards.
