What you'll do
- Supervise and support clinical personnel
- oversee care in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans
- review start-of-care, resumption-of-care, recertification, and discharge processes
- coordinate interdisciplinary care
- support regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- review OASIS assessments and documentation
- participate in QAPI, audits, and performance improvement
- support infection control, staff competency, care coordination, staffing, and scheduling
- participate in the on-call rotation as required.
