What you'll do

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, personnel records, background checks, orientation, and HR compliance
• provide employee counseling and disciplinary support as needed
• assist with workforce planning
• route invoices and resolve vendor billing issues
• maintain resident financial records and accounts receivable
• assist with reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
