Hospice Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Hospice Home Health Aide role is onsite in Visalia, CA, and surrounding areas, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Compassionate Care Hospice serves terminally ill patients and their families across the Central Valley.

What you'll do

• Follow the primary nurse’s plan of care
• report patient condition changes to the case manager
• provide bathing and personal hygiene care
• maintain a safe home environment
• perform light housekeeping
• prepare meals and feed patients when needed
• assist with prescribed exercises
• attend required in-service programs and team planning meetings as appropriate. Home-care duties include travel to patients’ homes.

Why this role
