What you'll do

• Assist with daily school operations, including staff scheduling, hiring, events, and family communications
• ensure compliance with DCFS licensing and Goddard Quality Assurance standards
• assist with educator recruiting, training, retention, performance evaluations, and growth plans
• maintain child and employee records
• observe classrooms and provide feedback
• build relationships with families and represent the school at community events.
