The accountant supports compliant accounting operations and improves the quality of the financial close through transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and audit assistance. The role also supports accounts payable and monthly close activities.

What you'll do

• Verify and reconcile invoices and payment terms against purchase orders
• secure credit for outstanding memos
• record transactions and maintain accounts
• disburse checks and petty cash with supporting documentation
• reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• handle monthly accruals and prepaids
• prepare journal entries
• assist with month-end close documentation and review.
