Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Assist patients and others contacting patient financial services with claims and hospital-stay account issues
• use internal software and external websites to expedite claim reimbursement
• process account correspondence and revisions
• resolve credit balances
• mail refund checks weekly
• assist the cashier as needed
• complete management-assigned projects.
