What you'll do
- Deliver medications on assigned routes
- review orders before departure
- inspect, clean, fuel, and monitor the vehicle for maintenance needs
- plan routes using internet applications and GPS
- load and unload medications according to specifications
- complete deliveries accurately and on time
- protect medications from damage, spoilage, or loss
- maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA privacy standards
- obtain required signatures and identification
- collect payments where applicable
- maintain delivery documentation
- and communicate with pharmacy staff.
