What you'll do

• Learn customer accounts, delivery routes, parts operations, inventory, and customer needs
• assist customers with parts identification and ordering
• learn Mack and Volvo original-equipment product offerings
• develop quoting, pricing, and customer service skills
• ride with outside sales representatives
• participate in customer visits and sales calls
• learn prospecting, account development, territory planning, and sales processes
• complete supplier, original-equipment, systems, and reporting training.
