What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional Publications Teams and drive publication-plan execution
• oversee manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations against timelines and budgets
• review publications for quality and alignment with scientific communication plans
• coordinate strategic-plan transfer and supporting tactics
• project outsourcing budgets and internal resource needs
• oversee medical writers and vendors
• manage direct-report performance, training, feedback, and personnel issues
• maintain accurate publication records and resourcing information.
