What you'll do

• Lead and develop the People & Culture Business Partnership team
• align people strategies with branch, regional, and company growth targets
• build annual workforce plans
• advise on organization design
• use workforce analytics and operational data to identify talent risks
• coach leaders on performance, talent, culture, employee relations, and career development
• lead talent reviews and succession planning
• partner on talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, and development
• improve employee experience, retention, and engagement
• support governance, compliance, and risk management.

Why this role
