What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Director
• assist employees seeking general assistance or direction
• organize HR materials, records, supplies, and common-use areas
• scan and electronically file documents
• assist with employee luncheons, meetings, events, logistics, and follow-up
• handle HR information with discretion
• learn HR processes and take on additional HR responsibilities as knowledge develops.
