The role exists to lead interior construction projects from design development through final turnover. The incumbent will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality project delivery within budget and on time.

What you'll do

• Manage interior construction projects from design development through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract scopes, and change management processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for interior scopes.
• Resolve field issues and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and clients.
