The Proposal Coordinator (RF & Digital Systems) role is onsite in Fairfax, VA, supporting both Fairfax and Sterling facilities, with a salary range of $66,700–$76,700 per year. The coordinator reports to the Proposal Director and supports Trident Systems’ Space Electronic Systems division, which develops space-based electronic systems for government customers. The coordinator organizes proposal inputs, tracks requirements and deadlines, and coordinates contributors across business development, program management, engineering, finance, and contracts. This work helps the team submit compliant, polished proposals and pursue new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Support proposals from RFP receipt through delivery
• coordinate and organize cross-functional inputs
• review customer requirements for compliance and editorial quality
• maintain schedules and milestones
• parse RFPs and RFQs
• maintain proposal data in CRM, Jira, and SharePoint.
