What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide EMDR therapy and individual psychotherapy
• monitor client progress and adjust plans as clinically indicated
• maintain confidential clinical documentation
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans when necessary
• educate clients and families about trauma, recovery, and treatment options
• participate in supervision, case consultation, and professional development.

Why this role
