The Ski Tuner – Vail Ski Service Center position is onsite in Avon, CO, with full-time or part-time seasonal shifts available; the stated pay range is $24–$30 per hour. Gorsuch’s ski service center supports its retail and ski-service operations. The role tunes guest and company fleet skis, maintains and repairs equipment, and installs and tests bindings to manufacturer specifications. It helps keep ski equipment safe and ready for use while maintaining shop standards and a safe work environment.

What you'll do

• Tune guest and company fleet skis
• repair major base damage and maintain machines
• deburr and polish edges
• install and test bindings to manufacturer specifications
• transport ski fleet to outlying stores when needed
• maintain shopkeeping standards and a safe work environment. Experience with ski tuning machines and binding installation is preferred
• a valid Colorado driver’s license and truck-driving ability are preferred.
