Description

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects of medication and report to the licensed nurse as needed. Document medication administration and resident response in the electronic health record (EHR).
