What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise clinical teams including BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Provide clinical consultation and support to teammates.
• Participate in workgroups and clinical training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
